Auto Protecht takes care of our customers. You can take your vehicle to any ASE Certified Repair Facility or dealership of your liking.
- Allow the ASE certified repair facility or Dealer to diagnose your vehicle.
- Have the repair facility contact the claims center which is provided in you vehicle service contract, and on your identification cards.
- Get your pre-authorization in order to have your claim approved.
- The claims center will authorize all approved repairs, minus your small deductible.
- Once the repairs are complete. The claims department will pay for approved repairs directly.
